What you get

A professional single-page website, designed for mobile and desktop
Hosting included, your site will be live at a custom URL
Unlimited free content updates (text changes, swap a photo, update your opening hours, add a service, etc.), subject to fair use
Monthly lead report on WhatsApp or email with your totals: how many people tapped Call, Email and WhatsApp from your site
All copy written in English, using your country’s spelling and the words your customers actually search for
On-page SEO built in from launch: optimized page titles, meta descriptions, fast mobile loading and clean, Google-friendly code so local customers can find you

What it costs

$0 to set up, no upfront fee
$25/month for the first 3 months (introductory rate, locked in)
$59/month from month 4 onwards
All prices in US dollars; your bank converts at its own rate
Cancel any time after month 3 with 30 days' notice
Once you confirm below, I'll send you a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you set it up

What's not included

Extra pages beyond the single page
E-commerce or online booking systems
Paid Google or Facebook advertising
Ongoing SEO campaigns or backlink building
Business email setup (e.g. you@yourbusiness.com)
Full redesigns or new page layouts (content updates are unlimited, rebuilding the site is not)

Who owns what

You own your brand, your logo, your photos, your reviews and all the words about your business
I own the website code and the hosting setup
If you cancel, the site goes offline at the end of your notice period, you keep all your own content

The fine print

I'll build your site within 2 working days of your first payment being set up, plus one feedback loop after the first build
If you spot something wrong in the first 14 days after launch, I'll fix it free of charge
Beyond that, unlimited content updates cover ongoing changes
"Unlimited" means fair use: as many reasonable content changes as you like, one request at a time, turned around within 2 working days. It does not cover full redesigns, extra pages, or work for another business
Either of us can end the agreement after month 3 with 30 days' written notice (email is fine)
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, wherever in the world your business is based
